Case 2:

A leather factory, although expanding its business quickly, developed more and more problems in getting merchandise delivered on time and in the right quality.

Our analysis revealed the existing factory manager was successful in leading a small workshop/factory, but did not have the background to lead a large set-up. CRMC recommended Interim Management and an Interim Manager took over operational responsibility for the factory. Within 6 months process design was adjusted, a new rewarding model was implemented and several department heads were replaced. Within only one collection cycle the mission was accomplished.
