Challenge:
A leather factory, although expanding its business quickly, developed more and more problems in getting merchandise delivered on time and in
the right quality.
Delivered:
Our analysis revealed the existing factory manager was successful in leading a small workshop/factory, but did not have the background to lead a
large set-up. CRMC recommended Interim Management and an Interim Manager took over operational responsibility for the factory. Within 6 months
process design was adjusted, a new rewarding model was implemented and several department heads were replaced. Within only one collection
cycle the mission was accomplished. |
